With the related scientific experimented it is proved that vibration microtome can slice a minimum thickness of 10μm for brain tissue & marrow tissue. And it can slice a minimum thickness of 30μm for heart tissue & kidney tissue. And their slice section is intact & smooth for further evenly dyeing.
